2. Purpose of the Notice

This Notice describes how Volteruno handles the personal data of visitors, registered users, subscribers and contacts. Volteruno is the data controller for your own account management, invoicing, security, customer service, development and marketing. If the User instructs the processing of personal data from his own website or content, the User can be the data controller and Volteruno the data processor; separate data processing conditions may apply.

3. The processed data

• Account and profile information: email address, ID, name, phone number, language, time zone and contact information.
• Billing data: company name, address, tax and VAT ID, country, subscription and payment status. Volteruno does not manage all bank card data.
• Website and contact data: web address, website type, brand, product, service and target audience data, as well as authorizations and technical identifiers required for connected services.
• Content and Autopilot data: instructions, keywords, resources, articles, images, metadata, schedules, publishing history, settings, enable events, states, and run logs.
• Operational, analytical and communication data: logins, platform activity, errors, security events, device and network data, page visited, referring page, campaign and click identifiers, customer service, subscription and delivery data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Account and Service operation, website connection, content creation and publication: contract fulfillment.
• Payment, invoicing and accounting: contract fulfillment and legal obligation.
• Security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, customer service and legal requirements: legitimate interest, contract or legal obligation.
• Service development and aggregated analysis: legitimate interest and, where necessary, consent.
• Marketing messages, unnecessary analytics and advertising tracking: consent or other applicable legal basis.

5. Artificial intelligence

• During content creation, verification, correction or analysis, the User's instructions, website content, brand data and part of the content being created may be sent to an AI service provider.
• The User may not provide unnecessary special personal data, health or financial secrets, children's data or other highly sensitive information.
• We do not claim that the transmitted data is excluded from model development for all service providers or that it is deleted within a specified short period of time.

6. Recipients and service providers

Data to the extent necessary for a cloud-based database, authentication and hosting provider; for Stripe; for Shopify; to WordPress or other connected website; for Google services; Meta and OpenAI for ad measurement; For Lovable AI Gateway and AI models used through it; for Firecrawl; To resend; to an image search or image production service provider; furthermore, if necessary, it can be sent to an accountant, legal assistant or authority. We only provide data necessary for the given task.

7. Linked websites

Based on the User's instructions, Volteruno can access the public and licensed content, product data, categories, author data and publishing interface of the connected website. Access data is used to maintain the connection, read data and publish. Termination of connection or external authorization limits further access.

8. Analytics and advertising measurement

Volteruno may use analytics and advertising services to measure visits, registrations, purchases and campaigns. Page view data, web addresses, campaign parameters, referring pages, technical identifiers, as well as registered User identification or one-way coded contact data may be sent to the service providers. Tracking that requires consent can only be used with a suitable legal basis.

9. International data transfer

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such forwarding may take place subject to an applicable legal basis and appropriate guarantee, such as a compliance decision or general terms and conditions. The actual processing location and warranty may depend on the service provider and its current settings.

10. Data retention

We keep the data as long as it is necessary for the given purpose, the contract, legal obligation, security or legal demand. Termination of the account does not result in the immediate deletion of all data: billing, security, unsubscribe, log or legal data can still be kept for a reasonable period of time. The deletion date of working systems and backups may differ; we do not promise a uniform, unverifiable deadline for all systems.

11. Data security

Volteruno applies technical and organizational measures adapted to the nature and risk of the data. No internet service can guarantee complete security. In the event of an incident, we fulfill the inspection, documentation and notification obligations according to the applicable law.

12. Rights of the data subject

• According to the applicable conditions, the data subject may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability, withdraw consent and object to data processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of previous data processing. Requests: hello@volteruno.com.
• The person concerned can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; In Hungary, this is the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority.

13. Amendments

The Notice may be amended due to changes in legislation, services or data management. We provide adequate information about significant changes and preserve the previous versions.
