General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Published: September 29, 2026 · Version: 2026-09-29
1. The Service Provider
2. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of Volteruno's website, application and related services. The Service can provide AI-supported theme planning, text and image creation, search engine optimization assistance, scheduling and publishing on a connected website. If the User acts on behalf of an organization, he declares that he is authorized to represent it and to grant the necessary website and publication permissions. In the case of a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules take precedence.
3. Registration and account
- The User must provide real, accurate and up-to-date data.
- The User is responsible for the confidentiality of his login data and the instructions given through his account; immediately reports suspected unauthorized use.
- The User may only grant access to an authorized person.
- The modified terms may apply to previous contracts only in accordance with the applicable law and the published terms; previous versions are kept by the Service Provider.
4. Operation of the Service
- Volteruno uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. The result may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, confusing or similar to other content.
- The Service Provider operates its quality, security and publication controls with reasonable care, but these do not completely eliminate the risk of faulty content or unsuccessful publication.
- Operation may be delayed or interrupted due to maintenance, system error, external service, connection or payment barrier, or security or content control.
- The Service Provider may stop, set aside for correction, reschedule or withhold content that is suspected to be illegal, dangerous, faulty or inappropriate.
5. Manual use
If the User starts, edits, approves or publishes an article manually, he is obliged to check the content and settings in a reasonable manner before doing so. The User is responsible for the information and instructions entered or modified manually.
6. Autopilot
- By turning on Autopilot, the User authorizes the Service Provider in advance to automatically create, schedule and publish topics, texts, images and articles on the selected website, according to the specified or accepted settings, and to update existing content in case of a separately authorized function.
- Settings can include website, language, target country, article number, days, time window, topics, keywords, tone and image usage.
- Activation does not mean or prove that the User has personally read, checked or separately approved each article. Automatic operation does not require manual approval per article.
- The User can switch off or modify the Autopilot. Processing started before switching off may be completed for technical reasons; the Service Provider enforces the decision within a reasonable time.
- Non-interventional operation means that no per-article publishing operation is normally required. It does not mean that the system can never stop, report an error, or request necessary action.
7. Obligations of the User
- You may only connect to a website over which you have the appropriate authority.
- You must provide accurate and current business, brand, product and service information.
- You may use legal topics, keywords, resources, images, and instructions, and you must follow the rules specific to your business, industry, and target audience.
- You must cooperate in resolving any indicated connection, payment, security, or content errors, and you must turn off or modify Autopilot if you no longer want automatic publishing.
- It is forbidden to create illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful or other content that violates your rights, as well as to circumvent security or authorization restrictions.
8. Content origin and responsibility
- The User is responsible for the text, data, instructions, keywords, images and product information provided by him, as well as the right to use them.
- AI-generated text, images, data or metadata may be incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or non-unique. The Service Provider does not guarantee its complete factual, professional or legal compliance.
- The User is responsible for the modification and new publication instructions made by him or his representative. In case of joint contribution, the liability must be established according to the actual contribution and the applicable law.
- Volteruno is not a substitute for legal, health, financial, tax, investment, security or other regulated professional advice.
9. AI Marking and Compliance
The User is responsible for complying with the rules applicable to his own website, business, industry, content and target audience. If a rule requires the marking of content created or modified with AI, the User is obliged to apply the marking necessary for his own publication, if the obligation rests with him. This does not transfer the Service Provider's own non-transferable obligations under the law.
10. Intellectual Property
- The User retains his rights to the original materials he uploads and grants the limited right of use necessary for performance under the contract.
- The Service Provider does not assert an exclusive copyright claim on the content created for the User; this does not affect its own software, systems, trademarks, templates and methods.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee that the material created with AI is protected by copyright in all countries, can be used exclusively or is free of third-party claims.
11. External services
The User authorizes the Service Provider to perform the actions required for the selected functions on the connected website and is responsible for the necessary management and publishing rights. The Service Provider is only liable for errors, omissions, rule changes or access revocation of an external service provider to the extent that it was caused by the Service Provider, and the liability cannot be legally limited.
12. Fees, subscription and limits
- The Service may include free, trial, monthly, annual or one-time paid elements. The price, content, frame and invoicing period are determined according to the conditions presented at the time of ordering.
- The recurring subscription can be renewed automatically until the User cancels it.
- Cancellation does not retroactively reduce the amount of the already paid period. The reduction of the package can be applied from the next plan period at the earliest.
13. Thirty-day traffic growth guarantee
- If the offer presented at the time of ordering includes a thirty-day traffic increase guarantee, the User may request a full refund if the verifiable organic traffic of the website has not increased during the measurement period specified in the offer.
- The verifiable traffic data source specified in the offer can be used for measurement; the User is obliged to maintain the necessary access.
- The application can be submitted by the deadline and in the manner stated in the offer. The guarantee may be limited to the first eligible subscription and one refund per User, if this has been communicated prior to purchase.
- The guarantee cannot be applied if the measurement is not possible for a reason that arose in the User's interests, the website was not available, the necessary connection was terminated, or the User significantly obstructed the operation.
- The voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory cancellation, warranty or other legal remedies.
14. Results and Warranties
The Service Provider does not control search engines, AI recommendation systems, social platforms or external websites. Beyond the thirty-day money-back guarantee, it does not guarantee any specific search engine position, indexing, traffic growth, AI recommendations, leads, sales, income or returns. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but uses reasonable error correction and security measures.
15. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the Service Provider is not liable to non-consumers for lost profits, lost savings, loss of business opportunities, loss of reputation or other indirect, consequential damages.
- The total contractual liability of the Service Provider arising from an event or a series of connected events arising in any twelve-month period shall not exceed: in the case of a monthly subscription, the net fee actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event; for a shorter subscription, the net fee paid until then; for an annual subscription, the net fee for the relevant year; for a one-time service, its net fee; free or 0 EUR during a trial period.
- The ceiling is aggregated, it is not renewed per claim or damage event.
- The restriction cannot be applied if it is prohibited by mandatory law, in particular for intentional damage, fraudulent deception, breach of contract that harms life, bodily integrity or health, or non-excludable data protection, product or consumer protection liability. A mandatory right cannot be taken away from the consumer.
16. Indemnification
- A non-consumer User is obliged to reimburse the Service Provider for reasonably justified damages and costs if a third party's claim arises directly from the User's illegal or unauthorized content, unauthorized publication instructions, violation of other rights or material breach of contract.
- The compensation does not cover the part caused by the Service Provider's own breach of contract, illegal conduct, unauthorized modification or imputable error.
- The Service Provider provides notification and cooperation within a reasonable period of time, and does not enter into an agreement burdensome to the User without the User's reasonable consent.
17. Suspension and Termination
The Service Provider may suspend the Service to the necessary and proportionate extent in the event of a violation of law, security threat, payment obstacle, entitlement problem or serious breach of contract. The User may cancel his subscription; the settlement is governed by the terms and conditions stated at the time of ordering and the mandatory rights.
18. Amendments
The Service Provider may modify the conditions due to legislative, security, service or operational changes. Provides timely information on significant, adverse changes; if necessary, request a new acceptance. Listening or further use is considered acceptance only if this is permitted by law and the existing contract and clear information has been provided.
19. Governing Law and Remedies
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, but this does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory protection of the state of his habitual residence. The parties will first attempt a peaceful settlement. The consumer can turn to the competent conciliation body, consumer protection authority or court.
